CAD and BIM have long served as the foundational design and construction documentation —but their utility often ends at project handoff. What if it didn’t? Indoor GIS is a floor-aware system of record for visualizing, analyzing, and managing facilities and collection of buildings. This session will demonstrate how to extend the life of CAD and BIM data into an indoor GIS, and empower CAD, BIM and GIS practitioners to build a Digital Workplace for building operations. Learn about the role of CAD and BIM integrations with GIS to fuel these workflows. See how to import design data into ArcGIS Indoors to map assets and manage spaces, enable real-time navigation with ArcGIS IPS, and equip facilities’ staff with mobile tools for asset inspections and maintenance. Whether new to GIS or looking to modernize facility operations workflows, this session provides you with guidance and examples to convert CAD and BIM data into Digital Workplaces that support asset and space management.

Don't have plans or any design details for a given bridge? Join us for an insightful discussion on how Parsons and Autodesk have teamed up to use high-resolution photogrammetry coupled with Autodesk’s newest Reality Capture capabilities to streamline the creation of existing-condition intelligent models for downstream bridge design and analysis. This session will showcase the innovative collaboration between industry leaders and the transformative impact that advanced technology is having on bridge engineering.

How do the world’s newest mega-stadiums achieve a seamless hand-off from design to day-to-day operations—without a single roll of paper? Join owners and contractors of Qatar’s Lusail Stadium, the Jeddah Central Development Company (JCDC) waterfront arena, and other landmark venues as they reveal hard-won lessons from projects where BIM was embedded from day one. Moderated by Pinnacle Infotech—the prime BIM consultant on each build—this panel dissects model-centric collaboration, laser-scanning quality control, supplier integration, and the creation of live Digital Prototypings that facility teams actually use. Walk away ready to replicate the workflows, contracts, and tech stack that kept these billion-dollar facilities on spec and future-proof.

Is your onboarding process accelerating performance—or slowing your team down? In the AEC industry, where cost, time, and talent shortages stall Management, effective onboarding is no longer optional. With 61% of leaders struggling to find technically skilled employees, the need for structured, continuous learning is urgent. This session shares how JMT tackled capability gaps and project ramp-up delays by implementing a standardized onboarding program using Pinnacle Series. Discover how they built a scalable, trackable learning program that equips new hires to contribute faster, with less downtime. Learn how personalized training, workflow alignment, and access to best practices helped JMT boost retention, satisfaction, and billable hours. If you're ready to transform onboarding into a strategic advantage, this session will show you how to drive results from day one.

Exceptional construction starts with clarity—clear communication, fewer points of contact, and a streamlined, client-centered experience. Our Operations Driven Design approach builds on that foundation, applying AI and machine learning to performance data captured from satellites, sensors, building systems, and more. From space to site, we translate complex data into actionable insights—informing 3D Digital Prototyping models, AR visualizations, simulations, and environmental trend analysis. This enables smarter planning, climate-resilient strategies, and optimized operations before ground is ever broken. Whether the project is infrastructure, vertical construction, or site development, we bring precision and foresight to every phase. The result? Data-rich design. Predictable performance. A better experience from start to Operations.

This talk explores Zaha Hadid Architects’ human-centred design methodology, shaped by behavioural insight, immersive tools, and real-time collaboration. Projects begin with client profiling and spatial scenario testing, using AI, VR, and procedural design to explore preferences for openness, privacy, and atmosphere. The design workflow integrates Autodesk tools such as Revit for BIM and Maya for sculptural modelling, coordinated through NVIDIA Omniverse to maintain real-time design and performance feedback across disciplines. As projects evolve, materials, engineering systems, and fabrication strategies are layered into a cohesive, experience-driven architecture. Communication remains immersive and participatory, using 360° views and simulation tools to keep stakeholders involved. The talk reframes architecture as an adaptive, user-driven system — scalable, precise, and powered by technologies that connect emotion, performance, and spatial intelligence.
