    The World Economic Forum estimates that 1 billion people will need to be reskilled by 2030. Of that number, 62 million people work in the AEC, manufacturing, and M&E industries. In particular, the construction and manufacturing industries are undergoing major digital transformations, which is a catalyst driving new jobs and skills for workers in those industries.
