Your access and use of the Education pages on the Autodesk website (accessible at https://www.autodesk.com/education) (“Education Site”) is governed by these Education Site Terms and the Website Terms, which incorporate these Education Site Terms by reference. When accessing or using the Education Site, you must comply with all of these terms. If you do not agree to the Website Terms and these Education Site Terms, you should not use the Education Site. Capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meaning assigned to such term in the Terms of Use.
In addition to meeting the requirements set forth in the Website Terms for access and use of the Education Site, to register for an Autodesk account that provides access to Autodesk’s Education Offerings through the Education Site, you must meet the minimum age requirements set by Autodesk and be an Education User.
Autodesk may request that you submit information or materials to verify your eligibility to register for Education access through the Education Site. By using the Education Site, you agree that any such information or materials that you provide to Autodesk for such purposes will be accurate and truthful.
If you meet the minimum age requirements set by Autodesk to access the Education Site, but are not an adult (i.e., the age of majority) under the laws of where you reside, you must have your parent or legal guardian agree to the Website Terms, including these Education Site Terms, on your behalf and supervise your access to and use of the Education Site. If you don’t meet the foregoing requirements, you are not authorized to access or use the Education Site.
