Maximizing Your Project Team and Technology Spend Through Partnerships

Come and see how partnerships can be used to level load and rapidly introduce new technologies. This class will focus on how contractors can maximize the output of their current project team through early project partnerships. The course will work through a successful project partnership. We’ll start with what makes a good partner, and then we’ll cover identifying capable partners, developing a visual partnership workflow process, and implementing a tracking process for key performance indicators. We’ll discuss how to partner early in the project lifecycle, and review how the partnership scope is created at the beginning of the project. We will discuss how to determine what is included and what is excluded, and how to communicate project milestones regularly throughout the project to answer questions before they’re asked. We will highlight several issues during the presentation, and we’ll discuss the successful management of these issues and what could go wrong if the process breaks down.
