    Description

This session is an opportunity to learn from the experience of construction companies that have excellent enterprise implementations of BIM 360 software. Representatives of these companies will share what business outcomes their firms have achieved, what made their firms’ implementations successful, and the obstacles the firms faced and how they were overcome. As an audience-centered session, the bulk of the time will be dedicated to open discussion and learning from each other.

    Key Learnings

    • Understand what it takes to drive successful change in digitizing enterprise-wide construction processes
    • Understand which business benefits to expect (and not expect!) from a BIM 360 implementation
    • Discover some of the common hurdles you will need to overcome, and gain tips for young players
    • Tap into the experiences of peer construction companies and get your questions answered
