Mott MacDonald was delivering a major infrastructure project involving hundreds of design models with strict attribute information requirements. The challenge? How could the building information modeling (BIM) and engineering teams ensure that deliverables were consistent and that the necessary content checks were undertaken before each client submission. We’ve used Autodesk Assemble software and Microsoft Power BI to develop an innovative and powerful solution to interrogate and validate the content of our design models, improving the QA/QC process for our deliverables, and ensuring delivery was right first time, on time.
