I can’t tell you how many times I accidentally went into the ‘orbit wheel’ mode, before I finally took the time to learn how to use it. It’s a bit embarrassing to admit (and I don’t know the true count), but the reason it took me so long to learn stemmed from my misguided attempts to close it when I would stumble into this unfamiliar mode. That’s because when I would find myself in this setting, I would feverishly click in space to try to close it, which would send me on a wild ride into the abyss.

Having taken the time to learn what it is, and how to control it, I’ve added a powerful new way to manipulate views of my models in a very predictable manner.

That’s all for today. I hope I showed you something new!
