Description
MWH Treatment Direct is our self-perform division. It comprises about 100 employees who deliver a high volume of low-risk, low-value capital maintenance projects (value approx. £10k to £200k). The work typically comprises on-site agreement of scope, quotation, delivery, and hand-over. Prior to digitising the process, the project team had to print out all documentation prior to the teams going to site and, if there were any changes either the site team would have to go to the office or visa versa. The digitisation of the worknig processes has realised significant benefits and these will be covered in the presentation. Tools and techniques will be captured and shared and the benefits realised and risk mitigated quantified in groups of time, cost, SHEQ, and stakeholders in the round, including improvements in communication between the field and office and with our client.
