This year’s Design Computation Symposium will feature a number of different presentations from accomplished researchers, practitioners, and educators who will focus on the fascinating relationship between mathematical, geometrical, and architectural form.
Robert Aish is Director of Software Development in IPG and leads the DesignScript project. He studied Industrial Design at the Royal College of Art, London and has a Ph.D. in Human Computer interaction from the University of Essex. He has worked for a number of end-user organizations and software developers, including Arup, RUCAPS, Intergraph and Bentley. His background and interests are in art and design, architecture and engineering, geometry and topology, computing and interaction, research and practice... the conventional and the unconventional.
