Join our panel of industry colleagues and Autodesk subject matter experts as they share insights on major challenges around financial controls—from managing thin margins, minimizing counterparty risk, and dealing with regulatory challenges. This session will share some of the learnings and discussion points from our ANZ Financial Controls Advisory Board, which is a group of leading general contractor firms that undertake more than 80% of all the major commercial work in the region. This group has been assembled to facilitate discussion among industry peers and to identify and remediate industry challenges that are common to all and noncompetitive in nature. It will also include leaders from the United Kingdom, Ireland, and North American regions to compare notes on practices across regions for what are globally common challenges.
