I have 14 years of industry experience. My first detailing job out of a Mechanical Engineering Technical College was creating 2D isometric weld maps for FDA approval at a pharmaceutical plant. In 2005 I started using the Fabrication CADmep (CAD-Mech back then) product to start doing what would eventually be called BIM. After a few more years with that contractor, I took a position with a much larger contractor. Within a year I became the Fabrication database manager. I started implementing company wide standards and training to boost productivity. A little over 3 years ago I started working for TSI as a support tech and worked my way up to Product Manager for Autodesk products along with managing the support department
