Harlan is a Service Design Manager with Autodesk. Based in Manchester, NH, he manages the service readiness of the customer service and support organization. He has spent 6 years in technical support helping customers with large BIM projects and resolving the most complex Revit issues, and training many users in most effective troubleshooting techniques. Before joining Autodesk, he worked for AEC firms in the Midwestern USA on a wide variety of project types. Harlan has spoken at the Revit Technology Conference USA, and at Autodesk University for several years, having been rated one of the top speakers.
