The 3 main challenges Técnica faced were related to:

Técnica needed to solve key issues in key areas to achieve the bellow goals:

1. Improve Project Collaboration and Efficiency - through finding a Common Data Environment to reduce noise over thousand of emails from different stakeholders along few years.

2. Enhance Design Accuracy and Quality - Make sure all design data is aligned and version controlled.

3. Streamline Documentation and Communication - Reduce the timeline of a project allowing different consultants to work together at the same time.

4. Increase Client Satisfaction to 90%.

With Revit it was possible to migrate all 2D based design into a model shareable with multiple disciplines removing the necessity to  work isolated. With Revit, engineers from others specialities are able to see changes real time.

With Revit + Autodesk Render, Técnica was able to create seamless imagery of produced project without the need to ask for outsource services, yet with very good quality imagery, with no need to invest in hardware or a new specialized professional.

With BIM Collaborate it was possible to concentrate and track all changes and communicate more directly and easily with the co worker. More over, customer could be added to see the workprogress and aesily have a visual of project progress.

With Revit's centralized model-based approach, we witnessed a notable reduction in project timelines, as team members could work concurrently on different aspects of the project.
