    How can you act like an entrepreneur within the bureaucracy of a large firm? How can you develop new product or service lines—just as a startup would—when surrounded by politics and organizational inertia? This class takes an organizational-change approach to the development and introduction of new corporate strategies and product lines, with a focus on those that have sustainability benefits. We will give participants the opportunity to work on real-world cases.

    • Learn about the sustainability challenges facing today's corporation in terms that will make executives receptive to action
    • Learn how to employ organizational change management techniques to spur environmentally friendly product and process innovation
