This session is intended to educate the audience on what Fusion 360 Manage PLM is and how it can help small size businesses improve their processes. Small size organizations are often afraid of implementing a PLM system due the fear of implementation costs. They make the assumption that Fusion 360 Manage PLM is only for large businesses. I would like to use this session to talk about the out-of-the-box functionalities of Fusion 360 Manage PLM and how they can help small size companies utilize PLM without spending $$$. To be more specific about the content of this session, we will be looking at some of the industry challenges that small size businesses face today and how PLM can help them with Bill of Materials (BOM) management, Change Management and Project Management.
