Clouds, Data, and Analysis: A Roundtable Discussion

This 90-minute round table will focus on many topics, including: the use of existing data available from various online sources; the available cloud applications, including the Autodesk 360 cloud-computing platform, LiDAR (light detection and ranging) repositories, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS); and the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D software with InfraWorks 2015 software for preliminary project analysis. On the topic agenda are online data sources, including Bing Maps, Google Earth, USGS, and state-run LiDAR repositories. We will also discuss workflows, data access, data sharing, data validation, integration, online (cloud) applications, and ReCap software.
