    Description

In this session, we’ll present the steps we’ve taken to prepare our company for the future: integrating methodologies for data creation and translation, workflows, and remote working. The many steps we’ve taken to streamline our design and manufacturing processes can be applied to any company and have successfully demonstrated their effectiveness while in the process of transformation. We’ll present workflows, customizations, and next steps while preparing for a life as a combined product and project manufacturer of amusement rides and mechanically driven mechanisms.

    Key Learnings

    • Start planning for a transition from manual data tracking to seamless data transfer.
    • Learn about some of the custom routines you may need to consider.
    • Learn from examples of proven methodologies, including integrating remote workers into a cohesive system.
