During this open discussion and Q&A session, we may not be able to answer or resolve all of your questions right away, but we can provide pointers or advice for further troubleshooting. We will also explain how to log a support case for more in-depth investigation. We will make a brief presentation at the start to introduce the Autodesk Product Support team and explain the current support options for customers.

Silvia Menon has worked with AutoCAD® since version 12, mainly as a architectural 3D visualization artist. She joined Autodesk Product Support in 2005, helping customers and partners with their questions and problems. Silvia is currently the Technical Lead for AutoCAD within Autodesk Product Support.
Shawn Niles is the Product Support Team Lead for the America’s team at Autodesk based in Manchester, NH. In this role, Shawn supports on a daily basis requests from customers dealing with all aspects of AutoCAD, AutoCAD for MAC, Design Review, Trueview, and Autodesk 360. Before joining Autodesk, Shawn spent several years working as a CAD manager in the industry.
Tom is a content manager for Autodesk® Product Support, managing and curating the knowledge base on Autodesk.com. Prior to that, Tom spent three years as a Product Support global technical lead for AutoCAD, installation and licensing. Tom spent 10 years before that as an Autodesk software developer working on the AutoCAD® Development Team. Tom is a frequent presenter at Autodesk University.
