Volunteering at the Expo Reception Happy Hour
Join the Autodesk Foundation at the Expo Reception Happy Hour from 5-6:30PM on Tuesday, September 15 to assemble 1,000 essential hygiene kits with nonprofit United Way of Southern Nevada. Since 1957, United Way of Southern Nevada has partnered with businesses, nonprofits, and passionate individuals to create lasting change in Southern Nevada, supporting one life, one family, and one neighborhood at a time.
Sustainability Leaders’ Summit
Are you a sustainability leader in your organization? If so, email us to let us know you are interested in attending this private event hosted by Autodesk Chief Sustainability Officer, Joe Speicher. A select cohort will convene to discuss and explore the challenges, solutions, and opportunities that the climate crisis presents. Participants will have the chance to network and problem-solve with fellow leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and Autodesk leadership.

How you can help
Minimizing the environmental impact of AU is a team effort. Here are some activities that you can do to contribute to making AU 2026 as sustainable as possible:
- Bring your own water bottle and coffee thermos to avoid single use cups
- Bring your own notebook and pencil
- Rideshare or take public transportation to and from the airport
- Offset your travel emissions through organizations such as: One Tree Planted and Arbor Day Foundation.
