The UpKeep + Autodesk integration streamlines the handoff between design/construction and maintenance. Using secure webhooks, Autodesk project events—such as new or updated issues, RFIs, or asset data—can trigger actions in UpKeep, including creating work orders, updating asset records, attaching relevant files, and notifying the right technicians. As work progresses, UpKeep can return status updates and completion details to Autodesk, keeping project stakeholders informed without manual data entry. The result is a closed loop between the site and the maintenance team: fewer delays, consistent records, and faster time-to-fix once facilities go live.
