Track3D is the Reality Intelligence platform for builders who want proof of what happened on site each week.
Projects fall behind when the plan and the site drift apart quietly for weeks before anyone notices. Track3D measures that gap after every capture, so PMs and supers stop guessing and start acting on numbers they can defend.
Track3D turns a walkthrough into a measured record. It works from whatever you're already capturing with, a phone, a 360° camera, a drone, or a laser scanner, so no team has to change how they walk the site to get value from it. Site imagery gets checked against the model and the schedule, what's done and not done get called out by trade and zone, and the answer reaches the field team within hours instead of at the next meeting.
Track3D connects to Autodesk Construction Cloud in three places today
1. The Documents folder handles BIM models and drawings in any format, and anything added there stays in sync automatically, so a model update on one side shows up on the other without a manual re-upload.
2. The Drawings folder is built for teams working straight from PDF sets. Drop a PDF in and it's available in Track3D immediately, no model or file conversion required.
3. Issues carry the connection into fieldwork. A note logged in Track3D can link directly to its matching issue in Autodesk, so the observation and the issue tracker stay tied to the same record instead of living in two places.
"This was the first time I could sit at my desk, open my laptop, and know exactly what had been done. Before walking the job or calling anyone, I could track progress with data — it was all there."
See what's done, area by area, the moment you log in, without walking the floor to check.
Confirm a predecessor trade is genuinely closed before the next one starts, so nothing gets buried.
See production rate against plan every day, so a slipping area shows up before the milestone does.
Check a pay app against what's actually built before you sign, instead of trusting a forecast.
Walk into every OAC with a clear, visual read the owner can see for themselves.
Put quantified, time-stamped proof behind every delay or change-order claim, backed by facts, not memory.
