Sustain360 is an Agentic AI SaaS platform, providing clients with climate intelligence covering detailed environmental impacts, including Carbon emissions (scope 1, 2 and 3), aligned to GHG Protocol, full life cycle assessments (cradle to gate or cradle to grave), aligned to ISO 14044 and Climate Risks - physical climate risks such as Sea levels, Flooding, Fire etc. Leveraging Scope 3 material and supplier data sets, Sustain360's supply chain intelligence module allows customers to determine the source of origin, notifying the user of any adversarial risks (i.e. embargoed countries), decompose product structures to identify critical minerals and rare earth elements, determine any geopolitical risks and ensure compliance with national sourcing mandates & regulations.
Both the climate and supply chain intelligence modules allow the client to model and simulate alternative scenarios considering costs, risks, emissions, compliance and alternatives to design resilient & sustainable supply chains.
Sustain360 embeds a modern data platform, allowing the bi-directional integration of data with Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Design teams using Autodesk can benefit from ensuring product or project designs are Sustainably sourced and manufactured to meet EU compliance mandates such CBAM and DPP (Digital Product Passport). Further, Design engineers are provided with efficient decision making via single pane of glass across the supply chain: material source, costs, risks etc.
"Sustain360 is your Environmental calculator"
Automatically calculate and determine material, energy, transportation, process carbon emissions and environmental impacts. Generate full life cycle and cost assessments for projects, products, materials down to the chemical composition; and leverage Scope 3 supplier & material data to identify physical climate risks for a site and the supply route. Evaluate alternatives and options to reduce climate impacts and risks, model decarbonization levers and generate marginal abatement cost curves. Run simulations to reduce the environmental impacts, with financial analysis to justify investments in alternative materials, suppliers, energy, transportation or process changes.
Recent shifts in global trade policy and national security strategy have placed unprecedented importance on the transparency, resilience, and sovereignty of supply chains, especially in the United States. Legislation such as the 'Made in America' mandates, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) industrial base strategies, continuous changes to tariffs and the resurgence of reshoring initiatives are pushing companies to identify and prioritize domestically sourced materials, especially critical minerals and rare earth elements. The Sustain360 supply chain intelligence module enables material origin, traceability and dynamic modeling. By levering the richness of Scope 3 value chain data, the software maps the source of every material, component, supplier, chemical and facility in a client’s value chain. The knowledge graph enables the full traversal of supply networks to establish true country-of-origin transparency, not just for Tier 1 suppliers, but deep into sub-tier levels. Simulate the impact of shifting supply chains, whether by reshoring manufacturing to U.S. locations or by diversifying supplier geographies to minimize tariff exposure or secure sourcing.
