The solution feeds off of a Snowflake backend that allows for data flattening and aggregation, enabling customers with advanced data and reporting solutions. Out-of-the-box reporting and metrics can also be provided to Foreman on the mobile application, and the data is real-time. Reports can be scheduled and sent out to specific stakeholders, creating a completely curated reporting experience. Our analytics support the identification of exceptions, the generation of audit reports for external purposes, as well as the generation of enterprise-level metrics around labour utilisation, distribution, and crew trends. For large organizations, the Rhumbix platform has extensive configuration capabilities that allow it to scale and evolve to meet the operating requirements of our customers. For firms that are multi-divisional, multi-jurisdictional, or operating in different sectors or markets, the Rhumbix platform has the flexibility to cater for the different timekeeping requirements within your operations. Our CSV tool allows us to generate complex CSV exports for ERPs that do not support an API-enabled integration. Otherwise, completed timekeeping data can be integrated back into the ERP. The Rhumbix platform supports complex approval processes, audit trails, and stores data in perpetuity for enterprise reporting and analytics purposes. Integrations with leading ERP and accounting/payroll tools allow us to exchange data necessary to support payroll, including employees, projects, budgets, and other critical data to feed the timekeeping and payroll workflows. These settings can also be integrated from Build.
