Qflow is a construction data platform that captures, digitises and verifies information from material deliveries, waste collections and utility records directly from site. Using AI-powered document recognition, it transforms delivery and waste tickets into structured, auditable data without any of the manual data entry.
How it works:
Site teams photograph or upload documentation using the Qflow mobile app or web platform. Qflow automatically extracts and enriches key information such as supplier, material type, quantities, certification, transport details and waste classifications. The data is then validated and categorised to create an audit-ready digital record of construction activity.
By capturing data at the point of delivery, Qflow gives project teams real-time visibility into materials, waste, carbon and compliance. Automated validation highlights missing information and inconsistencies, reducing administration while improving the accuracy of project records.
Qflow integrates with Autodesk Forma Build to connect verified construction data with project delivery workflows. Issues identified by Qflow are synchronised into Autodesk Forma Build, enabling teams to manage quality, compliance and material-related issues within the same environment used to coordinate construction.
For example, if Qflow identifies missing product certification, incomplete delivery documentation or a discrepancy between specified and delivered materials, an issue is automatically created in Autodesk Forma Build. Supporting evidence is attached, allowing the issue to be assigned, tracked and resolved alongside other project issues.
This creates a seamless flow of trusted information between site activities and project management. Quality and compliance issues become visible, actionable tasks rather than remaining siloed within delivery documentation or separate reporting systems.
By combining Qflow's AI-powered construction data capture with Autodesk Forma Build's issue management capabilities, organisations can identify risks earlier, improve collaboration, maintain a complete audit trail and make better-informed decisions throughout the construction lifecycle.
"It’s simple to use, and reassuring to have live and reliable materials data at our fingertips during construction. With this, we can continually update the whole life carbon assessment and ensure our reporting is the best it can be. As a result, our relationship with our client and other stakeholders improved, and our knowledge of construction-stage carbon is far better, both for this project and in future."
Quality teams use Qflow to ensure the right materials arrive on site and meet project specifications before they’re installed. Qflow captures and verifies delivery data in real time, with proactive alerts flagging non-compliant materials, high-risk suppliers and delivery issues. Teams can catch discrepancies early, reducing the risk of unsafe installations, costly rework and project delays. Every delivery creates a complete digital audit trail, giving teams trusted evidence for compliance, inspections and handover.
Sustainability teams use Qflow to turn site activity into accurate, audit-ready environmental data. Qflow captures actual materials, waste and utilities data, helping teams track Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and understand embodied carbon and waste performance. Automated evidence collection supports BREEAM and LEED requirements, including responsible sourcing and waste reporting. Teams can identify gaps early, reduce manual reporting and prove that sustainability commitments made at design stage are delivered on site.
Finance teams use Qflow to take control of project spend with confidence in their data. Qflow captures and digitises delivery records as materials arrive on site, creating a trusted record of what was delivered, when and by which supplier. Finance teams can quickly reconcile purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices, reducing manual checks and supplier disputes. Real-time alerts flag incorrect, non-compliant or unapproved materials before payment is authorised, helping teams avoid unexpected costs, improve forecasting and protect project margins.
