Your Autodesk Forma financials and Quickbooks Online, working as one

New projects sync automatically: Projects created in Forma are mapped to sub-customers and projects in QuickBooks Online, with companies syncing as customers and vendors
Head contract progress claims: Push to QuickBooks Online as sales invoices, with payments received syncing back to Forma
Commitment claims flow both ways: Subcontracts and purchase orders create purchase orders in QuickBooks Online, with contract invoices creating vendor bills linked to those POs – including retention and change orders
Contract invoice payments sync back from QuickBooks Online: Confirming payment status in Forma without manual reconciliation
Direct costs sync in real time: Expenses entered in Forma create bills in QuickBooks Online across multiple project line items, with QuickBooks bills and expenses also syncing back
Budget codes map to your QuickBooks chart of accounts: Including products and services, configured at setup with flexibility to adjust
Company and contact records stay current: New and updated customers and vendors sync bi-directionally between Forma and QuickBooks Online
A self-managed dashboard gives your team visibility: See what's synced, what's pending, and what needs attention

Included: real-time labor cost tracking

Interfy’s timesheet module is included with your OneCore subscription. Now you can log employee hours directly in Forma, knowing exactly how much labor is costing each project before you run payroll.

Burden rates applied automatically: Set a cost-per-hour per employee during onboarding, and the module will calculate true labor cost (including on-costs) against each project as hours are logged
Live project labor costs visible before payroll: Project managers see actual labor spend against budget in real time
Timesheet data syncs to QBO: Hours and cost data push through, eliminating double entry for payroll processing
Manager approval workflows built in: Review and approve hours before they impact project budgets, with billable/non-billable tracking and customizable ordinary/overtime rates
