Airsquire’s AirGo is the most practical site progress capture solution built for construction projects to create 360° virtual sites. Using 360° cameras connected to our AirGo mobile app, easily capture your site progress, visualise them on a dashboard, and share your immersive virtual site immediately. Insure yourself against costly disputes, enhance site documentation productivity, and achieve clear communication across multiple project stakeholders. Designed to be simple and intuitive, AirGo is the industry-led time capsule where you can access a traceable history of site progress, retrieve first hand evidence, and protect your margins.
"Having objective progress evidence during handover and defects liability period also helps us reduce unnecessary disputes with subcontractors and clients."
Airsquire is the time capsule where you can access a traceable history of the site progress, providing first hand evidence for dispute management. Instead of scrolling through your phone gallery or searching through past emails and messages, you can easily access your documentation from our software, finding the necessary photo evidence to support your costly VOs, disputes, and claims. Compared to 2D photographs, Airsquire’s 360° virtual site also provides a comprehensive capture of construction spaces by creating a continuous 360° virtual tour of the site conditions simply and quickly. This eliminates the problems associated with deceptive perspectives and provides a single source of truth.
Airsquire makes the documentation of progress and photo evidence at scale much more efficient and accurate. Different stakeholders no longer have to physically visit sites to monitor progress, and the comprehensive nature of 360 photo captures means that no information is missed when teams are on site taking progress photos. It also minimally reduces the number of captures needed, hence, less time is spent at each location trying to capture the space. Apart from the comprehensive nature of 360 captures, the photos are also automatically tagged to a precise location within the blueprint of the whole construction site, together with a timestamp. The project dashboard catalogues all captures by location, timestamp, and any other customisable concerns, including safety and inspection issues, added by project team.
Effective communication and coordination in a construction project can be achieved when all stakeholders involved are on a single centralised platform where all documentation is communicated and archived. With the use of 360 captures and our AirGo app, a common virtual site can be consistently and regularly updated where progress can be monitored remotely, and flow of information between multiple stakeholders is smoother and more timely. On top of the nature of virtual sites that are already more intuitive than BIM models, the AirGo app is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, with low barriers to entry. This ensures that all stakeholders involved can be easily onboarded to use a single centralised platform for documentation, facilitating timely communication and coordination, and streamlining decision making processes as a whole.
