“Educational Purposes” means: (1) if You are a Qualified Educational Institution or Faculty accessing the Education Offering on behalf of a Qualified Educational Institution or Other Authorized Education User, You may access and/or use the Education Offering solely for purposes directly related to learning, teaching, or educational research and development as part of the instructional functions performed by a Qualified Educational Institution or an Other Authorized Education User or (2) if You are a Student or Faculty using the Education Offering for personal use or an individual Other Authorized Education User, You may access and/or use the Offering solely for purposes directly related to learning or educational research.
“Educational Purposes” does not include commercial, professional or any other for-profit purposes. Education Users may not access or use the Education Offering for commercial or professional purposes, training classes (including but not limited to classes open to the public), facilities management, or other for-profit purposes.
