    Description

There are certain design issues that seem to happen to all users at some point. Many of these happen regularly, and are caused by user error, incorrect choices or oversight. These issues usually have telltale signs that a user can recognize and quickly fix if they are familiar with the symptoms. Also, some of these issues can be avoided if users know what things are easily missed or incorrectly created.

    Key Learnings

    • After this class attendees will be able to identify common issues that cause errors in design
    • After this class attendees will be able to identify common user errors that cause some issues and how to avoid them
    • After this class attendees will be able to avoid known situations that limit design
    • After this class attendees will be able to troubleshoot other user's project data with limited exposure to their daily work.
