Description
This session will demonstrate how to implement a common data environment (CDE) from scratch for teams using Autodesk Forma Data Management. Drawing on real-world experience with constantly changing projects, the session will address challenges such as version-control issues, rework, permission control, uncoordinated deliveries, and time wasted between disciplines. Participants will learn how to structure folders, define review workflows, assign responsibilities for each stage, and control the flow of information to reduce errors and accelerate decision making. We'll also cover how to create a learning notebook to help avoid repeating the same mistakes in the future.
