Description
In more-complicated designs, users can see efficiency gains from using customized subassemblies that do the work of multiple assembly regions. In this lab, users will experience using Subassembly Composer to create a subassembly that uses a Decision function to facilitate multiple end conditions along a design with a single assembly or region. Then, using that custom subassembly in Civil 3D software, we'll use the Corridor Transition tools to adjust the design with a high level of control.
Key Learnings
- Learn how to set up properties and parameters in Subassembly Composer for a unique subassembly.
- Learn how to implement the Decision function to the custom subassembly to accommodate multiple end conditions.
- Learn how to load and use the custom subassembly in a Civil 3D project.
- Learn how to control the custom subassembly with the Corridor Transition tool.
