This class will focus on BIM 360 account administration. We will also pay special attention to BIM 360 Field project administration. We will cover basic setup, common workflows, and best practices for the use of BIM 360 Field software. We’ll point out some common areas of confusion for users, and the information account and project administrators should gather to better assist their project users in resolving reported issues. Don Simpson is a product support specialist for the Americas Product Support Team at Autodesk, Inc. Simpson supports BIM 360 software products and is based in Autodesk’s Boston office. In this role, Simpson is responsible for driving resolution to priority support items, serving as a key link between the Development and Product Teams, and is responsible for developing training content and delivering product training to groups within Autodesk. Simpson has supported BIM 360 Field software for almost 6 years, having joined Autodesk as part of the Vela Systems acquisition. Prior to supporting BIM 360 Field software, Simpson supported other software-as-a-service (SaaS) products in other software companies, and also performed other customer service functions.
