In this class, a panel of experts from Autodesk Product Support are here to answer your questions and share troubleshooting tips. We may not be able to answer or resolve all questions right away, but in this case, we can provide pointers or advice for further troubleshooting and information on how to log a support case for more in-depth investigations. We give a brief presentation at the start to introduce the support organization and the people involved and to explain what the current support options for customers are. Panel experts include members of the technical support, QA, and licensing teams.
