Calling All AU Virtual Proposals
The AU Virtual 2012 Call for Proposals (CFP) is open, and we are eagerly awaiting your submissions. Do you have an idea for a class that you didn’t have time to submit for AU in Las Vegas? Or maybe the proposal you submitted for AU Las Vegas wasn’t selected. That doesn’t mean it isn’t a great idea—we had a record number of submissions this year, and there are many good classes that we just couldn’t fit into the curriculum. Try resubmitting the proposal as a virtual class.
Virtual classes run 45 to 60 minutes, broken into 10-minute segments. Approved virtual speakers will record their classes and upload them prior to AU. We will make all virtual classes live on November 27, 2012, to coincide with AU Las Vegas. Good topics for AU Virtual classes include:
- Tips and tricks classes
- Technical and feature-based content
- Basic and intermediate procedures
- Specific workflows involving multiple Autodesk® software products
You can teach your class in Spanish, Portuguese, or English. You can find more information about curriculum and speaker requirements as well as class proposal guidelines on the AU Virtual CFP website. The Call for Proposals closes August 3. You won’t have to wait long—we will let you know if we selected your class by August 24.
