AU 2009 Classes

Finally, classes for AU 2009 are selected. We had over 1600 submissions and with the help of over 20,000 votes from the AU community, we chose 585 classes. With late submission and repeats, I expect to have close to 650 sessions by the time AU rolls around. Classes are being edited right now, but I hope to have the class catalog ready a week or so before registration launches for preview.

What content can you expect from this year’s AU?

• Sessions divided into 18 tracks that cover almost every Autodesk product
• Five PowerTracks for “deep-diving” into all major industries that Autodesk covers plus one for CAD managers
• Unconference sessions where you can explore topics in a small group setting 
• New this year—virtual sessions that are produced for and can only be accessed through the Internet

Registration for AU will start on August 12 (one week earlier for AU members).

AU 2009 is scheduled for Dec 1 – 3 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas.
