TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management PLC is one of the largest consulting companies in Thailand and has many sub-ordinaries managed by one IT team. They had just set up BIM user teams to cooperate and collaborate on all BIM work in their company. They were looking for help in managing all of their Autodesk licenses in terms of software usage and better productivity whilst ensuring security control. They also needed help with BIM adoption processes in their business workflow.

Project goals

The goal was for our team at SYNERGYSOFT to manage the usage and productivity of all Autodesk licenses within their group of companies and enable them to control software usage from one point. We were also planning on helping them to adopt BIM software in each business workflow.

Solution

First of all we helped TEAM Consulting to understand their Autodesk account with training and workshops for each discipline. Next we trained their IT team in a workshop for Autodesk software security controls. Once they were ready for BIM processes, we helped them to set up the BIM workflow in each discipline and followed up with them.
