广东新宝电器始创于1995年,专注于厨房电器、家居护理电器、婴儿电器、制冷电器、个护美容电器等多类目小家电产品的开发、设计、制造及销售。客户在前期做产品模拟分析时发现产品的高度方向变形2.5mm,在可接受范围内,但实际试模样件变形量25mm,而且变形形状是扭曲形状。

Project goals

利用 Autodesk Moldflow 软件帮助用户寻找挂烫机面板前期分析与实际试模不一致的原因,对产品的扭曲形状就开进行机理性探究,并针对该缺陷问题产生的原因及解决方案进行归纳总结,为类似件结构设计和缺陷优化提供指导性意见。


Solution

使用Moldflow软件后,客户得以采用中性面网格运行自动翘曲分析,λ正值<1,确定产品产生挫曲。另外,也能够分析2个改善方案,第一个更改进浇位置,第二个把原含纤维材料改为不含纤维的PC料,因为模具已经制,客户暂时选用更改材料的方案进行生产,但也表示如果再做类同产品的模具会优先优化进浇位置以避免产品发生挫曲。对用户工程部所有工程师进行培训,让客户了解塑料制品变形的类型,怎样利用 Autodesk moldflow 软件进行产品的小变形/大变形/挫曲分析和确定变形原因,在什么情况下产品易发生挫曲,从产品设计、模具设计、材料选择和注塑工艺上怎样避免挫曲的产生。
