All projects have a cost and climate impact. It’s in the early stages that you have the opportunity to make decisions that have the biggest impact on costs and climate. Trends, compliance, and legal requirements necessitate rethinking and evaluating environmental impact at an earlier stage in a project. The traditional way of counting everything together at the end of the project is no longer enough. How can you make a decision before you have the full picture?
