The class will start with a brief presentation to introduce the support organization, the speakers, and the current customer support options. This is a real time question-and-answer session, so please come prepared with questions about AutoCAD. If you’d like to submit a question beforehand, please email it to email@example.com so that it can be researched and answered during the session. A computer will be set up in the class with AutoCAD 2020 software for any attendees who need to demonstrate their issues. Panel experts will include members of the Technical Support, Quality Assurance, and Licensing Teams.
