Vault software helps customers to manage construction data in a worldwide, collaborative environment. This class is designed to assist you in defining and implementing Vault software in a worldwide collaboration context with PLM and DMS systems. We share experiences, approach (Governance Methode), and advice from an ongoing customer project that will help you identify tasks and tools to implement business processes between Vault and PLM and DMS systems.

Marco Ramolla has worked for Autodesk for over 12 years as a consultant. He started his career in the Infrastructure and Geospatial business as a programmer and development manager. In his current role in the Collaboration and Data Management business, he is an expert to request, understand, and capture customer processes and requirements and take technical leadership and implementation on customer projects. Marco delivers on-premise, cloud collaboration and data management services for many global established customers in architecture, construction, and mechanical engineering. He holds a graduate engineering degree in Geoinformatics and Surveying from University of Applied Science in Neubrandenburg. He is home-office based in the area around Berlin, Germany.
Alexander received his diploma in digital media and computer science in 2004 from the University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern, Germany. As Senior Application Engineer he is system owner for the Autodesk products and responsible for all implementations and customizations for Autodesk software especially the products Inventor and Vault Collaboration / Professional. His career begun as a Consultant for Product Data Management in the plant engineering and automotive industry. Since 2007 he is working for Outotec GmbH in Oberursel, Germany. He organizes the engineering software products and new engineering software deployments as well as the collaboration / replication with Vault at Outotec. Further he is responsible for SQL databases in the engineering department and coordinates several 3rd party contractors.
