3D-Modellierung in der Großküchenplanung
Die Ingenieurgemeinschaft Henke | IfG bietet Großküchenplanung und Beratung an, wobei dabei alle haustechnischen Gewerke zum Einsatz kommen.Großküchenplanung ist somit komplexer, als es auf den ersten Blick scheinen mag. Es geht um wesentlich mehr als darum, Spülmaschine, Kochstellen, Kühlgeräte und Arbeitsflächen in einem vorgegebenen Raum anzuordnen. Sämtliche haustechnischen Gewerke sind hier im Einsatz: Lüftung – möglichst gezielt und energieeffizient –, Wasser und Abwasser, Elektroinstallation. Es gilt, Prozesse zu gestalten, Arbeitswege zu optimieren und für die Mitarbeitenden angenehme Arbeitsbedingungen zu schaffen.
