We’ve updated our Autodesk Platform Services Terms (“APS Terms”). We periodically make these updates as our business and services evolve.
We made changes on December 8, 2025. Here are some highlights of the changes we’ve made:
- Consolidating the terms for the Autodesk Developer Network (ADN) Program with these APS Terms so we have one set of terms for our developer community.
- Clarifying that these APS Terms apply to you if:
- You are an ADN Program member, and/or
- You access or use APIs to develop a commercial application. If you access or use APIs for your internal business use only, the Term of Use (and not these APS Terms) apply to you.
- Reflecting new business model changes that allow our developers to access certain APIs via flexible access options. See APS Offerings here.
- Clarifying that under our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) you may train on your models and data as long as you are not using Autodesk offerings to copy or reverse engineer those offerings.
- Better aligning the APS Terms with our Terms of Use, such as adding a mutual confidentiality clause, providing for arbitration for dispute resolution and clarifications to the parties’ rights and obligations, including that our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) restriction on scraping and data mining applies to Autodesk content (and content we license), not your content.
