BIM-Based Preconstruction—Conceptual Through Bidding

This class will show how to run a project during preconstruction using estimating models and design team models. Also, it will show how to work with trade contractors for the budgeting and bidding phases. By utilizing models and plans, we’ll show how to come up with value engineering and constructability issues. This class will give a good understanding for the people who would like to make a transition from BIM coordinator or manager to the preconstruction and estimating route.
