At AU 2026, the Customer Spotlight Lounge brings those stories together in one place. Located in the Expo Hall near the Innovators Stage, the lounge showcases 50+ Autodesk customer stories from around the world, organized across architecture, engineering, construction and operations; product design and manufacturing; and media and entertainment.
The stories featured in the lounge are finalists for the Autodesk Design & Make Awards, Autodesk’s customer recognition program celebrating customers and community leaders using Autodesk technology to create meaningful impact across industries.
Customer stories brought to life
Step into the lounge to explore how Autodesk customers are designing, building, making, and creating what’s next. You’ll find finalist stories told through visuals, short videos, and select physical artifacts that make the work more tangible. See how BLDUS is rethinking sustainable housing through a farm-to-shelter material sample set, how M2X Energy is visualizing climate technology with a 1:16 scale gas-to-methanol system model, and how Stellar Creative Lab is bringing animation to life with a 3D-printed Red Guardian figure. From product design and manufacturing to sustainable packaging, mobility, storytelling, and community impact, the lounge is designed to help attendees see the real-world impact behind the work.
