Jackson Morley is an RPEQ Civil Engineer who brings a practical, people-first approach to digital delivery in the construction industry. With a career that began at age 15 as a soil tester, Jackson has worked his way through nearly every layer of civil infrastructure delivery, from the field to design offices, earning a reputation for being both technically sharp and highly relatable on-site. He currently serves as an Experienced Engineer – Urban Communities at SMEC, where he combines his construction expertise with a strong focus on integrating digital engineering into everyday construction phase project delivery.
Throughout his career, Jackson has contributed to major projects with leading firms including Tetra Tech (Formally Coffey), AECOM and SMEC, working across site engineering, geotechnical investigations, and digital implementation. He is passionate about bridging the gap between traditional construction methods and emerging technologies, championing model-based QA, digital collaboration tools, and more efficient site practices.
