This session will provide participants with practical insights into and strategies on how to develop, plan, and execute a cloud-platform transition strategy to shift a global workforces' cloud platform solution with minimal impact to schedule and budget, and with the emotional mitigation of change as your guide. We'll explore the intricacies of crafting a comprehensive cloud transition strategy, addressing the challenges associated with resistance to change, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and successfully deploying a new cloud platform. We'll highlight how we documented process workflows, developed trust between teams, created a culture of learning with hands-on training and support for 850+ team members, implemented a phased approach to minimize disruptions, and developed a change management process.
