Autodesk Forma Site Design allows infrastructure professionals to take the lead in project setup by providing a high-fidelity data environment from the very beginning. This session will demonstrate how to jump-start projects by using open-source terrain, roadway, and property data to create a reliable conceptual foundation. We'll explore how to define critical site zoning constraints including property offsets and building height limits to provide clear parameters for the building design team. You will also learn how to apply preliminary grading design and add GIS data from the ArcGIS Connector. Finally, we will look ahead at the growing set of infrastructure capabilities coming to Forma, including new tools for urban street design and the upcoming integration with Civil 3D, and how adopting these cloud-first tools today positions your team to take full advantage of what's next.

Autodesk Forma Site Design isn't just for architects. This session will show how MEP engineers can use Forma Site Design analytics to influence early-stage design, and carry design intent into Revit MEP through structured data and AI-assisted evaluation. Instead of reacting to fixed architectural geometry, MEP teams use Forma Site Design to inform early massing, orientation, and program decisions. We'll use real project examples to demonstrate how early metrics such as area, volume, and orientation are interpreted from an MEP perspective and translated into system assumptions that feed Revit MEP workflows. AI-driven analysis supports option comparison, capacity estimation, and risk identification, resulting in fewer late redesigns and earlier MEP ownership of decisions.

The way architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) teams work across tools has long been fragmented: models reimported manually, analyses running outside the authoring environment, and design intent lost at every handoff. Forma Connected Clients is here to change that. Two of the product managers behind Forma Connected Clients will share insights into the strategy and walk you through a real workflow connecting Autodesk Forma Site Design, Forma Building Design, Forma Board, and Revit software. Hear from customers on what's already shifting. See Autodesk Forma analyses spanning across design applications, keeping multiple models aligned without reimport, and collaborative live design review with Forma Board all in one connected process.

This technical deep dive will present an automated site-development workflow linking Civil 3D, Revit, Autodesk Forma Site Design, and Dynamo as a Service (DaaS). First, Civil 3D extracts the contextual data from a Forma project, analyzes grading limits, and generates back in Forma hatched “buildable pad” areas (max flat footprint without major walls/earthwork). Next, a Dynamo graph reads building program data from a spreadsheet. Then, the user selects the site boundary and pad outline in DaaS. And a Python node places buildings based on editable criteria (daylight, sun angle, wind, noise, orientation) to rapidly generate and compare options.

Early-stage real estate decisions are often constrained by slow, fragmented workflows between site analysis and building design. This session will demonstrate a tightly integrated workflow using Autodesk Forma Site Design and Revit software to rapidly generate, evaluate, and iterate development scenarios. You'll learn how to move from contextual site intelligence to parametric building systems, enabling faster feasibility studies, improved stakeholder alignment, and data-informed decision making. The session will include live demonstrations, workflow diagrams, and implementation strategies for practice.

Renovation projects are often slowed by fragmented data and limited early-stage insight, leading to rework and inefficient decisions. This session will demonstrate how Autodesk Forma Site Design and Dynamo automate data-driven workflows and enable early-stage analysis within Revit software. By connecting design to execution, teams reduced manual effort, accelerated scenario evaluation, and improved coordination across multiple buildings. You'll learn how to structure connected workflows that support scalable, data-driven renovation strategies and deliver measurable improvements in speed, consistency, and sustainability.

Projects shouldn't feel like starting over at every phase yet they often do, leading to lost data, and rework. This interactive lab tackles that challenge through a full lifecycle experience with Autodesk Forma. Experience how one connected workflow can take a project from AI-powered site planning in Forma Site Design, through data management and collaboration, to construction outcomes. Along the way, you'll step into different project roles, experience real-world scenarios, make critical decisions, and achieve the best results across the lifecycle. You won't just learn the workflow you'll experience it, making it memorable and directly applicable to your projects.

Accurate site context is essential for coordination, yet many teams struggle with fragile or inconsistent site models in Revit. This session presents reliable workflows for building and maintaining site context using common upstream sources, including Forma Site Design generated Revit files, Civil 3D published surfaces, and native Revit tools such as TopoSolids and Building Pads. The focus is on stability and change management showing how to keep site models update ready as upstream data evolves, while supporting design development, visualization, and downstream coordination with minimal rework or model failure. We'll walk through four practical workflows for bringing site context into Revit and discuss where each one shines and where each one breaks.

What if the tools we use to design buildings could also save coffee farming? This session will present a real pilot from Colombia where Autodesk Forma and Autodesk Platform Services are used to design Climate-Resilient Agroforestry Systems. See a live Autodesk Forma Site Design demo of digital twin shade and microclimate simulations. You'll leave this session with a new mental model for where Autodesk platforms can drive sustainability impact beyond construction.

Design teams increasingly need trusted workflows that connect Autodesk Forma, Autodesk Platform Services (APS), agentic AI, engineering tools, proprietary company knowledge, and cloud automation to solve real project challenges. This session explores how organizations can use open APIs and modern development platforms to build custom applications and intelligent workflows around Forma Site Design and Building Design. Attendees will learn how to integrate project data, automate engineering and design processes, connect cloud services, and extend Autodesk workflows with company-specific logic. We will also introduce the Autodesk Marketplace and discuss how developers can package and distribute solutions that strengthen the Autodesk ecosystem.
Using VIKTOR.AI as the application, workflow, and agentic automation layer, we will demonstrate how Autodesk technologies can be combined with AI, engineering software, and internal knowledge. We will show how organizations can move beyond isolated AI prompts by creating transparent, controlled, and verifiable workflows in which agents execute tasks, use engineering tools, and present traceable results for expert review.

During construction, fragmented information and decision making across multiple teams remain a major challenge. At Daiwa House, Autodesk Forma projects are launched across more than 400 design and construction projects each year, supporting collaboration across departments. About 130 of these projects use Autodesk Forma Site Design to establish concurrent processes from the early design stage and reduce information gaps. Building on this track data, we're developing an integrated construction platform for schedule and cost forecasting and recommendations. The goal is to connect these predictions and make decision making itself more predictable. This session will present future processes, technology, and organizational change for next-generation construction.

How do you turn an intelligent model into a lever for real environmental performance? At the Chabanne office, we developed a suite of custom Revit plug-ins directly connected to live environmental databases (INIES/RE2020). This enabled our teams to query material carbon data, track biosourced ratios, and monitor energy indicators directly inside the model in real time. This outcome-based BIM helped us across different projects especially Thoiry's Kindergarten to reach Passivhaus-level energy needs, exceed the RE2020 2028 carbon threshold, and achieve 1.5 times the Level 3 biosourced label. Through Autodesk Platform Services, plug-ins, Autodesk Forma, Forma Site Design, Forma Building Design, Model Context Protocol (MCP), API, and AI, the intelligent model turned into a decision-making engine for our whole team.

Miron Construction has been using BIM 360 software and the Autodesk Forma platform for several years now, and has gained valuable experience on how best to set up the building information modeling (BIM) coordination process using all the features of Autodesk Forma, Navisworks, and Revit software. We will lay out how using cloud-based workshared models that are bridged to and from multiple sites, Forma Design Collaboration licensing, and controlled scheduled publishing can bring efficiencies to your BIM coordination workflow. We'll also demonstrate the benefits of operating in a high-trust environment where subcontractors and architects work side by side on each other's sites.

Early-stage site design moves fast, but ground conditions rarely keep up. Excavation costs are a top risk driver, yet reliable estimates arrive long after key decisions are made. This session demonstrates outcome-based BIM in practice: directly from Forma, GroundIQ generates a 3D ground model from site investigation data and delivers excavation volumes and cost estimates automatically without specialist intervention. Attendees see a live demo: footprint placed, ground intelligence derived, cost insight surfaced instantly. BIM that connects subsurface conditions to project outcomes.
