Know Before You Go: Your Quick Guide to AU 2025

 

Welcome to AU 2025 in Nashville! We're excited to have you join us for a week of innovation, learning, and collaboration To help you navigate the event and make the most of your time, we put together a quick hit guide to get you started.

Arrival and Badge Pickup

Your AU badge is your all-access pass. Pick it up at the main registration desk on Level 2 of the Music City Center (MCC), with additional desks on Levels 1 and 3. 

 

For the fastest badge pick-up, check in using facial authentication, also at the MCC on Level 2. Visit the mobile app for detailed hours and locations available for badge pick up.

 

Getting Around

Shuttle services are available between the MCC and 16 partner hotels so you can hitch a ride around our core event grid and get to your destination safely. For the latest shuttle information, check the Travel Guide,  or the mobile app.

 

First Time Here?

We’re excited to welcome you to AU! To help you dive right in and make the most of your time, we’ve designed a few key experiences to get you started.

 

Join us at our Welcome Social on Monday September 15, kicking off at 4:30 PM CT, and mark your agenda with the AU Newbies Meetup, on Tuesday morning at 11:00 AM CT, directly after General Session, to get acquainted with other fresh faces, and build an instant network. 

 

Meals and Dietary Needs

You’ll find all meals in Hall A (Level 3) near the buffet lines, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. View our delicious menu line up and mealtimes in the mobile app and for convenient grab & go options and locations.

 

Session Attendance

This year offers more flexibility than ever before! Say goodbye to sold out sessions with empty seats. While enrollment is still required for  General Session, the Watch Party, hand-on labs, Factory Experience, and Feedback Workshops, most breakout sessions are first come, first served. Cruise through our mobile app to find your picks, arrive early and take a seat!

 

Check out the Session Catalog to favorite sessions and add them to your schedule and follow your curiosity towards other sessions you’d like to attend.

Expo Highlights 

The expanded Expo is the hub for networking, hands-on activities, and more. Connect with industry leaders and explore the latest innovations from our partners while you chat with experts and peers. Check out our Innovator’s Stage, live podcast recordings in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction Zone, book a Braindate through the mobile app,or discover the future at the Autodesk Research booth. But hey, why choose when you can do it all! 

 

Expo Hours:

  • Tuesday: 10:30 AM–6:30 PM CT

  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM CT

  • Thursday: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM CT

 

Kick off your week and join us at the Welcome Social on Monday from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and end your week at the Design & Make Celebration with a performance Train on Thursday September 18 from 7:00 – 10:00 PM CT. 

 

Enjoy the festivities and catch a ride home, with shuttles running until 11:00 PM. 

 

A few thoughtful extras...

Wellness and Security: Wellness Rooms are available onsite, including Prayer/Quiet Rooms and a Nursing Room. Check the app for locations and hours.

 

Staying Hydrated: We’re proud to be a BYOWB event, encouraging all attendees to bring their own water bottles to stay hydrated throughout the week, and do our part for sustainability. If you forget to pack one (or want to pick up some new merch) head to our Autodesk Merch Store to grab a fresh bottle and check out our new releases. 

 

Safety and Security: Your safety is our top priority, with our team taking precautions to look out for our guests and employees. You can do your part by reporting any concerns to the Autodesk Safety and Security Desk, onsite officials, or the Safety and Security Reporting Portal. For any urgent inquiries, refer to the 24-hour emergency contacts and safety guidelines provided in your email or the mobile app.
