Women in BIM: A panel discussion on the importance of diversity in the construction technology space

This session will be a panel discussion from Women in BIM related roles discussing the impacts of diversity and inclusion on the construction industry. The questions will be focused on how the impacts of BIM have affected the industry globally and how we can address these issues of skills shortages by retaining and supporting diverse groups such as women. Our class is also aimed to bring together our global community of Women in BIM members which we have now grown to over 800 people. We hope these numbers will continue to grow and begin to support how some of the above issues can be addressed.
