We will discuss a design-build project to show our Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflow and the best available tools to address the project's specific needs. We'll start with what to include in contract and execution plan to set the project on the path to success, such as level of development (LOD), scope of work, deliverables, and schedule. Then, we'll cover tools-including software platform, virtual reality, and drones-for the best application during design and construction phases to reduce project cost and improve efficiency.
