Your product is missing under Products and services.

You signed in successfully, but no subscription appears.

You used multiple email addresses with Autodesk.

Verify the email address used for:

*Purchase

*Trial registration

*Product invitation

*Company assignment

Your purchaser, admin, or Autodesk Support may need to help identify the owning account.

End user initially.

Purchaser, admin, or Autodesk Support if ownership is unclear.

Verify your Autodesk account email.

Product access is not assigned

You can sign in, but cannot access the assigned software.

Your product appears unavailable.

Your license was recently purchased.

For end users: Contact your Autodesk account admin and request product access.

For admins: Assign access by user, product, or group.

Admin assigns product access.

I received an invite, but I still cannot access the product

You accepted an invite, but still cannot use the product.

The invitation email never arrived.

The invite was sent to the wrong email.

Ask the admin to resend the invitation.

Confirm that the invitation was sent to the correct email address.

If the invite was accepted under a different Autodesk account, the admin may need to remove and re-add the user.

My subscription was renewed or purchased, but access is missing

You recently purchased or renewed a subscription.

Your product does not appear after payment.

Access disappeared after renewal.

Check the purchase confirmation email.

Confirm team assignment if your company uses teams.

Contact Autodesk Support if a purchase confirmation exists, but access is still missing after normal processing.
